At the end of the provincial chapter, we received unique copies of the “Dominican Missal”, i.e. the Translation into Polish (ad experimentum) of the Proprium of the Order for the Roman Missal.

The copies that we have just released go to cloisters, which will test them so that the target edition is perfect. Although we like the test version very much – there is beautiful paper, solid cover, sheet music and red columns – there is still a lot of work ahead of us.

The creation of the ad experimentum version is the result of the work of the current liturgy promoter, Father Dominik Jurczak, and the special efforts of Fathers Mirosław Pilśniak, who piloted the preparation of the material in this version, and Wojciech Sznyk, responsible for completing the missing scores. Thanks to the hard work of the Center team, it has recently been possible to print the entire book in a form that pleases the eye, even before the end of the provincial chapter.
In anticipation of the questions, we must clarify that until the correct, final version is released, the Missal will not be available for regular sale, because the entire circulation has been exhausted by the demand from monasteries of brothers and sisters throughout Poland.
