Your EMW name tag is your pass for all workshop related activities. We ask you to wear it at all times. With it you can get free coffee in our garden cafe as well as discounts in the participating restaurants (pages 167-169 in Participant’s Book or map above).
Take care of the environment
We encourage you to use the Foundation’s ecological cups – by doing so, you help us responsibly care for the environment. After use, please return the cups to the designated spot – never put them in the bin! You’re welcome to take a cup as a souvenir – simply donate 5 PLN/1,5 € per cup into the collection box or via our online fundraiser.

Throughout the day the priory garden will be open for our participants, offering a pleasant space for rest and conversations. You will find there delicious coffee and snacks from a coffee truck provided by our friends at Osiołek, a Christian non-profit helping parishes and Catholic communities celebrate the joy of getting together. They offer their services for free but they are open for voluntary donations with cash or card. We encourage you to be generous.
Please remember
Remember, the priory is a home of the Dominican Friars, try to keep it clean. The workshops take place in specific, clearly marked areas of the priory complex, please do not explore the rest of it. In the garden please stay within the marked sitting area next to the coffee truck. Restrooms can be found in the cloisters.
Extraordinary Music Workshop 2025 will take place in Warsaw, Poland.
Daily Morning Prayer, Masses in English and some classes will be held at St. Anne’s Church, a gorgeous Baroque church overlooking the Royal Castle of Warsaw.
Masses in Polish for the entire workshop community as well as some classes will be held at the Dominican Church and Priory of Hyacinth in Warsaw’s Old Town district – see the picture.
